Eastside Seattle · Redmond · Carnation · Duvall · Sammamish · Snoqualmie Valley

Buying or selling a home
is a significant decision.
Treat it like one.

I work with buyers and sellers across the Eastside corridor — asking the questions that matter, doing the research before the conversation, and being honest even when it's not what you hoped to hear.

Real estate on the Eastside

This market rewards preparation.

The Eastside corridor — from Duvall and Carnation to Sammamish and Redmond — moves quickly and doesn't reward guesswork. Whether you're buying your first home, relocating for work, or thinking about selling, the decisions you make in the first few weeks tend to shape everything that follows.

My job is to make sure you're walking into those decisions with a clear picture — of the market, the property, and your own priorities.

How I work

In real estate, I believe…

Six things that shape every conversation, every showing, and every negotiation.

01

Clarity over pressure

You should understand every step before you take it. I'd rather slow down and explain than move fast and leave you uncertain.

02

Homework before the conversation

I research the property, the comps, and the neighborhood before we talk — not during. Your time matters.

03

Ask what others don't

The questions that don't get asked in a showing are usually the ones that matter most six months after closing.

04

A home is a financial decision

It's also personal and emotional — and that's fine. But it helps to see both clearly at the same time.

05

Honesty, even when it's uncomfortable

If a home has problems, I'll tell you. If the timing isn't right, I'll say so. I'm not interested in a transaction that isn't good for you.

06

Think long-term

The right home for right now and the right home for the next ten years aren't always the same one. Worth thinking through together.

A different kind of first step

Not sure where to start?
Walk through a few homes with me.

Before you're ready to make any decisions, it helps to see homes the way a buyer's agent does — what to look at, what to ask, what the neighborhood feels like to actually live in. I offer guided walkthroughs for people who are still getting oriented.

No commitment, no pressure.
